The Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free and simple way to get extra help from your energy suppliers and water companies if you have any communication, access, or safety needs. This means they can tailor their services to support you with everyday energy matters like bills. Additionally, they’ll be able to provide you with extra assistance in the event of a power cut, gas outage, or water disruption.

Vulnerability Registration Service (VRS)
The Vulnerability Registration Service (VRS) is a not-for-profit organisation providing a central, independent register of vulnerable people. It is free to use, entirely voluntary, and you can remove yourself from it whenever your circumstances have improved.
Healthy Homes Solutions Vulnerability Initiative (HHS VI)
Healthy Homes Solutions (HHS) is a community and socially responsible organisation providing a “one-stop” service for vulnerable, fuel-poor households, and those most in need. They offer a range of complimentary services, from energy-saving support, DWP checks, Home Upgrade Grants, and signposting to a number of additional support services including assistance with signing up to the Priority Services Register (PRS).
It’s free to use, and you can easily register online or by calling their dedicated triage team on 0800 151 3014 to talk to one of the support team.
