I have used Welfare Together after the sudden loss of my husband. There were so many things that I had no idea of how to deal with, there was so much financial stuff I didn’t have a clue about. Their team have supported me through extremely difficult times mentally and giving invaluable advice as to how to deal with things, many times I have wanted to just give up but I then contact Welfare Together and I get all the information I need and support, there isn’t many organisations out there like this one, it’s personal and treats you like an individual not just a number on the other end of the phone, if they can’t help you there and then they will seek the information you need and then always come back to you.

Great work I think Welfare is a commendable company. Genuinely interested in helping and try to make people feel calm and supported. It turns out I did not need the help, it had been only a problem with the direct debit going through, but I must admit that I was impressed with Welfare, what they do and stand for. They were super quick to help resolve the issue. They are there to help and made sure to tell me they are not a debt collecting company but instead they are there to provide assistance in difficult situations to people who need it. I liked that. The staff were brilliant on the phone!
