Here to help
When the Welfare Together team makes contact, it is because we are working on behalf of one or more creditors to support you, not to collect payment.
We know that asking for help with your finances is hard but we are here to listen, understand your circumstances, and then create a personalised plan to get you the support and relief you need.
What our customers say
Hear what one of our customers Emily had to say about being supported by Welfare Together in this video:
Been contacted by us?
If we’ve tried contacting you it’s because we’re working with one or more of your creditors (Council, housing provider, energy company, telecoms provider, bank or other lender) to help you get back on track.
If you’re struggling, please don’t wait any longer. Get help from us to claim what you’re entitled to and resolve your debts now.
Benefits Calculator
When you speak to us, we can help you go through the process of claiming all the benefits and financial relief you are entitled to. If you want to quickly find out what you are missing out on, you can use the ‘Better Off Calculator‘. It only takes a few minutes and could help boost your income.
Debt Advice and Support Organisations
If you aren’t a customer of ours but still need help with your finances, visit our Debt Support page for details of other organisations that you can reach out to.
You can also use StepChange Debt Charity’s 60 Second Debt Test to help you understand how close you are to having a problem to prevent things from getting worse.
Making a payment
If you have spoken to us and are able and ready to pay off some or all of your debts, we have a range of payment options to suit you including pay by card over the phone, bank transfer or online payment.
