Tracey Stone, Director

Tracey Stone is a nationally recognised leader in ethical enforcement and vulnerability‑aware practice, with more than 25 years’ experience across local authority debt recovery and every level of the enforcement industry. She founded Welfare Together in 2022 to fill a critical gap in the sector: providing enhanced, early‑stage support for vulnerable residents that improves lives, strengthens community resilience and delivers meaningful commercial and social return on investment for Registered Providers.

Her career spans frontline enforcement, senior leadership, and sector governance. She has led high‑performing teams, developed welfare‑focused protocols, and shaped national conversations on fair, transparent and inclusive enforcement. Tracey also serves on the Board of the Local Authority Civil Enforcement Forum (LACEF), helping to steer industry standards and support collaboration across local authorities.
